About the role

As a Ground Courier for Aramex, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages within the Medenine region. You will ensure timely, secure deliveries while providing excellent customer service and representing the brand positively.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels on your assigned route, meeting scheduled delivery times.
• Use Aramex’s routing technology to plan efficient routes.
• Interact courteously with customers, answer inquiries, and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Load and unload packages safely to prevent damage.
• Verify deliveries against shipping documents for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed delivery logs and report any discrepancies.
• Inspect the delivery vehicle regularly and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the operations team on schedules and special requests.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with mobile navigation or routing applications.
