Lead Specialist Production Engineering

About the role

The Lead Specialist Production Engineering supports assembly production areas, driving equipment development, process standardisation and technical training across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Support development of new production equipment and processes, providing training and technical assistance.
• Plan, standardise and execute production engineering activities, including change management and master data creation.
• Implement production concepts and integrate new processes in collaboration with the Production Concept Team.
• Define and implement material flow processes within assembly line setups.
• Maintain manufacturing master data such as MRP, production drawings, BOM, MES data, board designs and FMEA.
• Create and update work instructions, visual aids and ensure machine/operator documentation is current.
• Evaluate and manage new product introductions and technical changes according to change‑management procedures.
• Validate and release production equipment, tooling, jigs, test tables and workstation layouts.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Production Management / Supply Chain Management.
• ERP systems, Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of MRP, MES, FMEA and manufacturing master data handling.
