Lead Quality Systems Specialist

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Lead Specialist/Expert in Quality Systems to ensure the effective deployment of its Integrated Management System (IMS) at the facility level. You will act as a key quality champion, supporting compliance with customer and regulatory standards while coaching the plant team.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor the Integrated Management System (IMS) across the facility, approving translations when needed.
• Develop local quality standards and ensure they align with global requirements.
• Coordinate, train and coach plant personnel on quality standards, tools, and best practices.
• Manage facility management review activities, gathering inputs and communicating outcomes.
• Guarantee compliance with customer‑specific requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and local regulations.
• Oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits.
• Lead preparation for internal and external audits within the production environment.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong social and intercultural sensitivity, change‑management capability, and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 environmental management standards.
