Lead HR Analytics & Workforce Planning Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Specialist to drive HR analytics, workforce planning and reporting across our global operations. You will ensure data quality, develop KPI frameworks and provide strategic insights that support our people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain data quality control concepts for HR data.
• Monitor process execution, HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, sickness, recruitment time) and ensure adherence to reporting guidelines.
• Create and manage headcount reports, HR board reports and external reporting to institutions.
• Track positions and headcounts against budget and target settings.
• Identify digitalisation trends and benchmark best practices to improve workforce planning.
• Manage the personnel planning tool and deliver training on HR controlling topics.
• Provide HR analytics consultancy and support the development of a knowledge base.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Experience in reporting, data analysis or HR (advantageous).
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in an operational HR analytics environment.
