Junior Social Media Manager – Non-Key Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to join a pool of Non-Key Experts supporting the EU’s communication outreach across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role is short‑term and on‑demand, providing strategic and operational support for day‑to‑day digital communication activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update institutional social media accounts on multiple platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content that aligns with communication strategies.
• Support digital communication campaigns and online engagement initiatives.
• Monitor social media performance and produce analytics reports.
• Engage with online communities and assist audience outreach.
• Coordinate with communication teams, graphic designers and AV specialists to produce high‑quality digital content.
• Track social media trends and identify opportunities to boost engagement.
• Ensure all content complies with EU branding, editorial and communication guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication or digital media.
• Fluent English; French and/or Arabic are a plus.
• At least 2 years of general experience in digital communication.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing institutional social media accounts.
