Junior Project Manager

About the role

As a Junior Project Manager you will support senior Project Managers and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of IT and digital projects. You will act as the operational backbone, keeping schedules, resources and communications aligned between internal engineers and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
• Run daily internal stand‑up meetings and facilitate regular status calls with customers.
• Coordinate project resources, clarify priorities and ensure team members have what they need.
• Maintain project documentation, track milestones and update management tools to provide visibility on project health.
• Draft status reports, manage follow‑ups and keep client stakeholders informed of progress and blockers.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of practical experience in project management or coordination.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong operational skills, extreme attention to detail and ability to handle multiple moving parts.
• Clear, pragmatic communication style for running meetings and summarising actions.
• Available to start in July.

• Proficiency with Office 365.
