About the role
We are looking for a proactive Junior Non-Key Expert to support the logistical and administrative organisation of workshops, conferences, training activities, expert missions, institutional exchanges, study visits and other Facility activities within the EU‑funded Egypt Downtown Facility project.
Key responsibilities
- Organise logistics and administration for workshops, conferences, trainings, expert missions, institutional exchanges and study visits, ensuring smooth execution.
- Coordinate participants, arrange venues, manage travel and accommodation, prepare event documentation and liaise with suppliers and beneficiary institutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, event management, tourism, communication or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting workshops, conferences, trainings, expert missions or study visits.
Required skills
- English language proficiency at C1 level.
- Arabic language proficiency at C1 level.
