Junior Accountant

About the role

LRT Innovation Labs is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional who wants to gain hands‑on experience in accounting, finance, and business operations within an international industrial setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting activities and financial data entry.
• Record and process invoices, expenses, and purchase‑related documents.
• Organise and maintain accounting records, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Help with bank reconciliations and verification of financial records.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Update and maintain accounting information in the ERP system.
• Identify and flag inconsistencies, discrepancies, or missing information.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• Eligible for a CIVP contract.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (part of MS Office).
• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Odoo is a strong advantage.
