Java Trainer – Corporate Technical Training

About the role

Gates Training Center is looking for an experienced Java Trainer to deliver a professional training program for a multinational company in Tunis. The role focuses on providing practical, real‑world Java development training to corporate participants, ensuring knowledge transfer and problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional Java training sessions in a corporate environment.
• Prepare and structure training content according to participants’ level and learning objectives.
• Explain technical concepts in a clear, practical, and accessible way.
• Provide hands‑on exercises, demonstrations, and real‑world examples.
• Support participants throughout the learning process and answer technical questions.
• Adapt the pace and content of the training based on participants’ progress and professional needs.
• Encourage active participation and practical application of covered concepts.
• Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming principles and best practices.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and software development concepts.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and structured.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with professionals in a corporate and multicultural environment.
