About the role

E Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join its innovative technology and media team. The role combines day‑to‑day user support with the management of Microsoft 365 tenants and Cisco/Meraki networking infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments – users, groups, mailboxes, licenses, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
  • Configure, monitor and troubleshoot Cisco/Meraki switches, firewalls, access points and VPN connections.
  • Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware, software, email, internet and network issues.
  • Manage networking tasks such as VLANs, IP reservations, DHCP, DNS, routing and firewall rules.
  • Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, meeting‑room equipment and other IT assets.
  • Handle email configuration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC settings and basic troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with third‑party vendors, ISPs and support providers to resolve incidents.
  • Monitor system health, security alerts, backups and device updates, and document configurations and support actions.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT support, system or network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant management and Cisco/Meraki networking devices.
  • Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, firewall rules and IP management.
  • Experience with remote support tools and multi‑location user assistance.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient English communication skills.
