IT Operations Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations Senior Specialist to drive digitalization, automation and data‑driven solutions at the site level. The role supports approved build initiatives, IT transformation projects and delivers practical automation aligned with global standards and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to automation and digitalization projects, working with Digital Champions and global teams to roll out standardized solutions such as task automation, data collection, monitoring and reporting.
• Provide infrastructure and operations support for endpoints, servers and basic network components, including lifecycle management, patching and configuration.
• Handle production and ACE environment incidents of moderate to complex nature, improving user experience through automation.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security, data privacy, SOX, IATF, TISAX and internal IT policies, applying secure coding practices and supporting audit evidence preparation.

Required profile

• Build‑and‑improvement mindset with a hands‑on approach to creating, automating and simplifying processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Automation and scripting with PowerShell, Python, Bash and Ignition.
• Experience with low‑code platforms such as Power Automate, PowerApps and RPA.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools (Microsoft Copilot), predictive monitoring and basic machine‑learning concepts.
• Data handling and analytics using logs, CSV/SQL sources, APIs and dashboard creation.
• Server environments (Windows, Linux) and virtualization concepts.
• Understanding of IT/OT interfaces in manufacturing or industrial settings.
