IT Operations Engineer (Service Desk)

About the role

LEONI is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to join its service desk team in Tunisia. You will support the delivery and continuity of IT services for a global automotive wiring systems supplier, working in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and hand over operational scopes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Develop and consistently apply operational procedures.
• Provide first‑level service desk support for the IT portfolio.
• Assist second‑level and support third‑level teams on relevant IT solutions.
• Prioritise and resolve service requests and incidents.
• Administer, monitor, and operate existing IT systems.
• Create, approve, and maintain IT continuity plans.
• Manage user identity and access across IT platforms.
• Implement security measures and technical solutions for IT assets.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Operations, Service Management or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and service‑management processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
