About the role

BPO Homes Inc. is seeking a remote Inside Sales Representative to support its real‑estate brokerage and technology platform. The role focuses on sales prospecting, customer outreach, follow‑up, and reporting, working from home during designated hours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients for real‑estate services.
• Conduct outreach calls and follow‑up communications with leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and report on activity.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and stable internet connection.
• High English proficiency with an American accent.
• Preferred experience in sales or customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Drive.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications.
