About the role

The Production Engineer (UAP) is responsible for leading one or more production teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets while driving continuous improvement of the autonomous production unit.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize production activities according to the production schedule and defined objectives.
• Validate manufacturing orders and create detailed scheduling in collaboration with Supply Chain teams.
• Assess capacity versus workload, considering human resources and available equipment.
• Optimize production load, balancing constraints from Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Determine staffing needs and adapt schedules to production variances and urgent customer requests.
• Ensure compliance with control plans, production standards, and job specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance interventions.
• Lead and participate in routine performance reviews and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Manage problem‑resolution processes, escalation procedures, and use problem‑solving tools.
• Track and analyze production KPIs, generate reports and dashboards.
• Implement action plans to improve industrial performance, reduce non‑productive time, and boost team productivity.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Production Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 4‑6 years of experience in a similar production engineering role, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of production techniques and processes.
• Ability to drive production activities while meeting quality, cost, delivery, and performance goals.
• Proficiency in problem‑solving methodologies and continuous‑improvement approaches.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Rigorous, attentive, and relationally adept.
