À propos du poste

Rattaché à l'équipe GSS BackOffice, le Technicien L2 Maintenance & Serveurs Microsoft assure le support de niveau 2 sur les infrastructures serveurs, systèmes Microsoft, environnements virtualisés et composants réseaux associés.

Missions principales

Prendre en charge les incidents complexes (P1/P2) et réaliser des diagnostics approfondis sur Windows Server, Hyper‑V et les réseaux.
Assurer l’administration des serveurs Microsoft, la virtualisation Hyper‑V, le suivi des incidents et la participation aux cellules de crise.

Profil recherché

Bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows Server, Hyper‑V et des architectures serveurs HPE/Dell.
Connaissances solides en réseaux (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP) et outils Cisco/Aruba.

Compétences requises

Administration Windows Server, Hyper‑V, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online.
Gestion des incidents (RCA), outils ITSM, bonnes pratiques ITIL.
