Industrial Engineering Production Facility

About the role

LEONI is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive efficiency improvements in its production facility in Tunis. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring production efficiency systems and supporting new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain production efficiency monitoring tools such as KOSU, VSM, and 5S.
• Analyze production processes using IE methods, identify bottlenecks and MUDA, and propose corrective actions.
• Balance production processes based on time studies and integrate them into the shop floor.
• Maintain industrial engineering master data, including workstation documents, MES data, capacity and ramp‑up planning.
• Support new product launches and technical changes in coordination with country and production management.
• Participate in the development of new production equipment and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in a technical or scientific field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, and ability to work in teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Time‑analysis methodologies such as REFA or MTM.
• Familiarity with production efficiency tools (KOSU, VSM, 5S).
