Industrial Engineer

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support the design, analysis, and optimisation of its production facilities. The role focuses on establishing standards, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring safe utilisation of plant resources within a medical‑technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform work measurement and workflow analysis to set production standards.
• Develop plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, and accident‑prevention measures.
• Create and standardise product assembly instructions and practices.
• Evaluate new techniques and technologies for integration into the manufacturing process.
• Apply engineering concepts to resolve moderate‑scope production problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work from general instructions on routine tasks and detailed guidance on new projects.

Required skills

• Work measurement and time study techniques.
