Improper Payment Prevention Super User (French speaking)

About the role

The Improper Payment Prevention Super User acts as a subject‑matter expert on the Aggregate Spend Tool (AST) and ensures compliant, accurate execution of Global Interactions transactions for French‑speaking countries in Africa. This role bridges business teams with the IPP Center of Excellence, driving operational excellence throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage IPP workflows in AST from initiation through approval to closure, ensuring timely submission aligned with Global Interactions Policy (GIP) requirements.
• Maintain high data quality and integrity by accurately translating business inputs into structured system entries and uploading supporting documentation.
• Review and apply GIP requirements, verify that contracts, approvals, PODs and other documents are complete and audit‑ready.
• Support PO creation, coordinate invoice processing, validate Proof of Delivery, and follow up on payments to achieve proper financial closure.
• Act as liaison among Transaction Owners, Finance, Compliance, and the IPP COE, triaging queries and proactively resolving bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Experience managing multiple transactions in a policy‑driven environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
