Impex & Freight Supervisor

About the role

Versigent is seeking an experienced Impex & Freight Supervisor to coordinate international and domestic transport operations. You will ensure smooth handling of import‑export documentation and compliance with customs regulations, supporting the company’s global supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate provisional import‑export declarations with customs brokers.
• Oversee all import‑export documentation flows and ensure proper customs clearance procedures.
• Validate final declared values for shipments, segregating data by Incoterms and currency.
• Register import licenses with relevant banks and prepare customs files for both import and export.
• Collect required documents (invoices, transport documents, etc.) and manage legally mandated customs declaration procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, management or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in logistics or freight management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
