HV Procurement and Contract Administrator

About the role

Scatec is looking for an HV Procurement and Contract Administrator to support the delivery of high‑voltage renewable energy projects. You will work closely with procurement, supply‑chain and project teams to ensure contracts are well‑structured, compliant and effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of contract and procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Assist in preparing and structuring EPC contracts and sub‑contracts in collaboration with legal, project management, supply‑chain and technical teams.
• Participate in contractor pre‑qualification, tendering, bid evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Administer construction and supply contracts, managing correspondence, notices and communications with contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor contractor performance, assess progress payments, and support the management of variations, claims and extensions of time.
• Prepare project reports on contract status, risks, claims and cash‑flow forecasts in partnership with Project Control.

Required profile

• Experience supporting procurement, contract or supply‑chain managers on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contract compliance, risk mitigation and commercial management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across geographies.
• Proactive communication skills and attention to detail.
