Human Resources Assistant Specialist

About the role

Coral Travel Group, a travel group founded in 1992 and active in 21 countries with more than 6,000 employees, is looking for a Human Resources Assistant Specialist to join its team in Sousse, Tunisia. The role covers compliance with Tunisian labor law, recruitment support, payroll coordination and the legal documentation of foreign employees.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Tunisian Labor Law and relevant regulations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and prepare employment contracts
• Coordinate payroll processes and handle social insurance procedures
• Process and follow up on work permits, visas and Temporary Residence Cards for foreign employees
• Manage all legal documentation related to foreign employees
• Keep accurate records of employee files and HR documentation
• Support internal HR processes in line with company policies and local regulations
• Contribute to HR reports and periodic HR projects

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Law or a related field (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Tunisian Labor Law and related regulations
• Basic handling of foreign employee legal documentation and procedures
• Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory)
