Human Design Service Specialist – Spanish language

About the role

The Human Design Service Specialist provides graphic design support to customers, ensuring designs meet printing standards and are adapted using professional design tools. The role involves continuous feedback collection to improve products, processes, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics according to customer needs and printing processes.
• Modify customer designs into printable files that meet production standards.
• Communicate with customers to agree on design changes when necessary.
• Achieve targets set by the team leader/manager and apply a customer‑satisfaction oriented approach.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities and maintain thorough knowledge of the product catalogue.

Required profile

• Strong ethical behaviour with passion for quality excellence.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish; English or French a plus.
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and rapid adaptation to a changing environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat.
• Affinity, Canva.
• In‑depth knowledge of InDesign for multi‑page graphics (catalogues, books, magazines).
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
