HSE Manager

About the role

We are a leading company seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and develop our Health, Safety and Environment management system. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive a proactive safety culture, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and monitor the company’s HSE policy.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk analyses and propose preventive and corrective actions.
• Organise and deliver HSE training and awareness programmes.
• Supervise internal and external audits as well as safety inspections.
• Track incidents, accidents and near‑misses and develop action plans.
• Develop HSE performance indicators and report results to senior management.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and certification initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in HSE, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HSE leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
