HR Specialist – Operational HR (Global, Dynamics 365)

About the role

We are looking for two HR Specialists to strengthen the quality and use of HR data across our global operations. You will join the HR Operations & Analytics team, supporting Country Offices in the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and driving continuous improvement of HR processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 issues in Country Offices.
• Monitor HR data quality, work with local HR teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Supply HR partners and coordinators with accurate data, statistics, and reports.
• Participate in testing, refinement, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of HR workflows within Dynamics 365.
• Contribute ideas to improve digitalisation, data reliability and system workflows.
• Collaborate with Country Offices for structured follow‑up on data gaps.
• Organise and deliver training sessions on relevant Dynamics modules.
• Support onboarding of new HR staff on DRC systems and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR systems or data‑quality role.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong HR data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and/or Power BI.
• Experience monitoring data quality and ensuring process compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, International Development, Public Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in English; French proficiency required for at least one position.
