HR Project Manager – M&A Integration

About the role

As an HR Project Manager at Regnology, you will join a dynamic international HR team and lead high‑impact projects, initially focusing on M&A integrations. Based in Tunisia, you will work closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver HR initiatives on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver end‑to‑end M&A integration projects, including policy alignment and tool implementation.
• Manage cross‑border HR projects to ensure consistency and collaboration across regions.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead the harmonisation of global HR policies while respecting local legal and cultural requirements.
• Design and implement operating models, processes and organisational change initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Communications and business leaders to achieve project objectives.
• Support continuous improvement of HR project management and integration methodologies.
• Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and local labour regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes such as payroll, reward and performance management.
• Experience coordinating multiple project streams simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a self‑directed working style.
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Based in Tunisia with excellent written and spoken English.
