HR Experience Specialist

About the role

Deel is looking for an HR Experience Specialist to oversee compliant, high-quality HR operations for its Employees of Record (EOR) in France. You will act as the country subject-matter expert, handling onboarding, off‑boarding, leave administration and other employee‑centric processes while ensuring alignment with French employment law.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all relevant French labour regulations and Deel’s operational guidelines.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding activities for EOR employees, including documentation, HR letters and benefit enrollments.
• Process leave requests and other administrative HR tasks efficiently.
• Audit, update and disseminate internal and external HR knowledge bases in collaboration with global HR teams.
• Support clients and internal stakeholders on country‑specific HR queries and mass onboarding/off‑boarding projects.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of French employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience managing HR operations for a distributed workforce.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee data.
• Proactive communication skills to serve internal and external partners.
