About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Employee Partner to join our HR team at the Jammel plant. You will manage key HR processes, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and manage employee records, including attendance tracking and contract preparation.
- Support core HR processes such as employee onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Oversee preparation of employment contracts and ensure seamless onboarding with stakeholders.
- Track and analyze HR metrics, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Manage the productivity bonus system and facilitate performance evaluations.
- Communicate employee information accurately and timely to internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on HR‑related matters and advise employees as needed.
- Contribute to HR policies, disciplinary actions, and reporting procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with employee representatives to maintain a cooperative work environment.
- Implement strategies to improve retention, reduce absenteeism, and minimize turnover.
- Offer support on personnel, social, and labor‑law matters.
- Assist in personnel selection in collaboration with functional departments and recruiters.
- Handle administrative tasks such as SAP administration and personnel file maintenance.
- Prepare employment‑related documents, including contracts and references, following guidelines.
- Monitor staff attendance and claims, providing guidance on relevant policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels.
- High accuracy, confidentiality, and discretion handling sensitive information.
