Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests, transport supply carts, and enter rooms following access procedures.
• Replace amenities, linens, and terry, make beds, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and used items.
• Inspect rooms for missing or malfunctioning appliances, straighten furniture, dust, polish surfaces, and vacuum carpets.
• Follow company safety policies, report hazards, and maintain proper storage of flammable materials.
• Uphold uniform standards, maintain confidentiality, and provide courteous guest service.

Required profile

• No specific education or prior experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and heavier items with assistance.
• Physical capability to push carts, bend, twist, stand, sit, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
