Help Desk Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide high‑touch, VIP‑level support to senior executives in Tunis. The role combines deskside assistance, remote troubleshooting, and on‑site escalation duties within a fast‑paced B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver VIP support to senior staff, ensuring rapid resolution of critical incidents.
• Deploy software, updates, and patches using SCCM and manage device lifecycle with Microsoft Intune.
• Provide Level 2/3 deskside and remote support, including OS repairs, profile migrations, and system imaging.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory issues, domain joins, authentication problems, and group‑policy settings.
• Lead major incident calls, coordinate with cross‑functional IT teams, and act as escalation point.
• Maintain security compliance, monitor antivirus tools, and conduct audits.
• Set up VPN, secure printing, digital access badges, and configure executive workspaces.
• Perform health checks on executive devices and meeting‑room AV/VC equipment (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
• Provide smart‑hands support in data‑center/IDF environments, including rack‑and‑stack, patching, and hardware diagnostics.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in Windows desktop support and enterprise‑level tooling.
• Experience delivering confidential, high‑priority support to senior users.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple incidents, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
