Head of Corporate

About the role

The Head of Corporate will lead Bank ABC Tunisia’s Corporate franchise within the Wholesale Banking Division, reporting directly to the Head of Wholesale Banking. The role focuses on growing and protecting the corporate client portfolio, enhancing revenue, loan and deposit targets, and improving overall portfolio productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an account strategy to diversify the client base, reduce concentration risk and achieve revenue, loan and deposit goals.
• Drive client meetings, cross‑selling and product penetration while re‑pricing portfolios to maximise returns.
• Originate new corporate relationships, increase operating income and ensure compliance with risk appetite.
• Oversee credit and risk management, ensuring timely CAF approvals, renewals and escalation of red flags.
• Lead and develop the corporate team, attract talent and maintain succession planning for key positions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver accurate and timely services to corporate clients.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and credit skills with deep knowledge of the Tunisian market and corporate sector trends.
• Extensive client relationship experience with top executives of major companies.
• Proven ability to manage large corporate portfolios and meet KPIs/KRIs.
• Leadership experience in building and motivating high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
