Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth experiments across multiple channels and help shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy and execution to performance reporting.
• Design and run campaigns that generate qualified leads and sign‑ups using paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach and referral programs.
• Rapidly prototype hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discontinue under‑performing tactics and scale successful ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, continuously optimizing conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track all experiments in a data‑driven dashboard and communicate clear insights to the team.

• Fast learner who can quickly master new channels or tools.
• Strong desire to become a top growth marketer and willingness to iterate relentlessly.
• Comfortable using AI‑enhanced workflows to work smarter, not harder.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to turn goals into actionable plans without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and turning insights into actions.
