Global Support Graduate – Spanish Speaker (Hybrid)

About the role

This graduate position is based in the Customer Solution Center of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. You will provide remote technical support to customers, partners and internal staff while developing deep knowledge of HPE hardware and software solutions. The role is hybrid, with two days a week expected on‑site in the HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical assistance via phone and digital channels, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software incidents.
• Troubleshoot a range of HPE technologies, ensuring timely case management and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior team members, escalating complex issues when required.
• Document case details and resolutions in HPE’s Knowledge Management System (KMS).
• Identify recurring problems and share preventive recommendations to improve overall service quality.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in IT, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, international and remote‑first environment.
