German Sales Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a German‑speaking Sales Representative to join its fully remote team. You will engage with prospects and existing customers, understand their needs and guide them toward solutions that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective and current customers via phone, email, video‑call and other channels.
• Analyse customer requirements and recommend suitable products, services or solutions.
• Build trust and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Follow up on leads promptly and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Record all interactions and activities accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, lead generation, customer success, account management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with proven ability to meet performance targets.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
