German Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Sales Representative to join TalentPop App’s remote team. In this position you will engage prospective and existing customers, understand their needs and guide them toward solutions that create real value for their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers through various communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
• Build trust and establish long‑term relationships with clients.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting performance targets.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
