German Sales Agent

About the role

APX Leads is expanding its German Market Department and is looking for motivated German‑speaking Sales Agents to join the international team in Sousse, Tunisia. The role focuses on generating new business and nurturing relationships with German‑speaking prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage with German‑speaking prospects.
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Convert qualified opportunities into sales.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Contribute to the growth of APX Leads in the German‑speaking market.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1‑C2 level) – mandatory.
• Good level of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
• Dynamic, ambitious and motivated.
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to understand customer requirements.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
