About the role
Berlitz is seeking a passionate Full‑Time English Trainer to deliver high‑quality language instruction using the renowned Berlitz Method. You will work with individuals and groups, helping them develop conversational skills and practical English for personal and professional contexts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct English lessons focused on conversation and real‑world language use.
- Adapt lesson plans to suit each learner’s proficiency level and objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records.
- Foster a supportive, motivating learning environment.
- Stay current with teaching methodologies and resources.
Required profile
- Master's degree in English Literature, Civilisation, Linguistics or Business English.
- CELTA or equivalent teaching certification.
- Native or near‑native proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in teaching or corporate training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for language learning and cross‑cultural communication.
