Full Stack Developer – Lovable & Supabase

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to take technical ownership of an existing multi‑sided digital platform. You will work hands‑on across backend and frontend, stabilising and preparing the product for launch.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, troubleshoot and improve the current backend infrastructure, focusing on authentication, user profiles, databases, order flows and real‑time syncing.
• Maintain and optimise code hosted on GitHub, ensuring a clean, maintainable setup.
• Support all user interfaces – customer app, driver app, retailer dashboard and admin dashboard – to guarantee correct data flows and end‑to‑end operational functionality.
• Document technical decisions, workflows and product setup, and facilitate knowledge transfer for future developers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience with a strong emphasis on backend work.
• Proven ability to take over and improve existing applications rather than building from scratch.
• Comfortable working independently in an early‑stage, founder‑led environment with high ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Supabase or similar backend, database and authentication platform.
• GitHub for version control and code management.
• Experience with real‑time data syncing, notifications and live application functionality.
• Strong understanding of authentication, APIs, dashboards and multi‑role workflows.
