Front-End Web Developer

About the role

ETAP is looking for a Front-End Web Developer to join its international team and help build a new photovoltaic installation management platform. You will collaborate with product, backend, and UI teams in France and the United States, delivering high‑quality, responsive interfaces for the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Angular applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate REST APIs, visualize technical and operational data, and ensure optimal performance.
• Work in an Agile environment with cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Write unit tests with Jest, Jasmine, Karma, and TestBed to guarantee code quality.
• Contribute to the long‑term evolution of ETAP’s product ecosystem.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong communication skills for a distributed team.
• Proven experience building responsive web applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international colleagues.

Required skills

• Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React JavaScript.
• RxJS (Observables, Subjects, operators such as map, switchMap, mergeMap, debounceTime).
• Unit testing frameworks: Jest, Jasmine, Karma, TestBed.
• REST API consumption and front‑end best practices.
• Authentication flows: OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and configuration management.
• Nice‑to‑have: backend experience (Node.js, Python.NET) and AI tool usage.
