Front Desk Receptionist – Guest Services

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes guests, manages check‑in and check‑out processes, and ensures a smooth, memorable stay. This position is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in delivering Four Seasons’ luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently welcome and register guests, verify reservations, issue room keys, and arrange luggage delivery.
• Manage check‑out by reviewing accounts, posting charges, preparing invoices, processing cash and credit‑card payments, and collecting room keys.
• Maintain and balance the assigned cash bank, handle cash payments, check cashing, foreign‑currency exchanges, and reconcile all transactions at shift end.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Operate the hotel property management and reservation system to update guest records, assign rooms, block inventory, and generate daily reports.
