French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual customer service representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and effective solutions via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, remain calm, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
