French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly assistance in both languages while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar support tools).
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
