French & English Bilingual Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic bilingual trainer who will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for both French‑ and English‑speaking employees. The role combines operational coordination with hands‑on coaching to ensure staff are knowledgeable, motivated and aligned with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver initial and ongoing training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Monitor training effectiveness through tests, evaluations and performance metrics.
• Coordinate operational activities to meet qualitative and quantitative service targets.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare engaging training materials, presentations and reports.
• Provide coaching and support to customer‑care agents as needed.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and public‑speaking abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and analytical skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to motivate teams and engage trainees in interactive discussions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
