Freelance Operations & Community Associate – German Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Freelance Operations and Community Associate who is fluent in German to support our global projects. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with teams across multiple continents to ensure smooth execution of local missions.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and certify a sufficient number of active evaluators from our internal database for specific projects using email and phone outreach.
• Manage the timely assignment and execution of missions, adhering to company standards, client requirements, and project deadlines.
• Coordinate project activities and report status updates to the Operations Manager or Team Lead.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluator performance and project progress.

Required profile

• Strong interest and experience in project coordination and community management.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independent work.
• Effective time‑management and planning abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a positive, outgoing personality.
• Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.
