Freelance Marketing & Talent Acquisition Manager (Tunisia & Morocco)

About the role

High‑tech Solutions BV, a Belgian engineering and technical consulting firm, seeks a freelance Marketing & Talent Acquisition Manager to represent the company in Tunisia and Morocco. The role combines promotion of the company’s brand and website with sourcing qualified technical candidates for European industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Promote High‑tech Solutions and the talent portal on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram in French and Arabic.
• Identify and attract technicians, electromechanics, maintenance, automation engineers and related profiles.
• Build partnerships with technical schools, training centres, universities and local companies.
• Organise presentation days, assessment sessions and events with partners.
• Track visitors, candidates and partnerships and deliver a monthly performance report.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, recruitment or business development.
• Strong network in industry, technical education or recruitment in Tunisia and/or Morocco.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; good English is a plus.
• Independent, organised, comfortable speaking in public and on social media.
• Freelance status or ability to invoice.
