Food Service Supervisor – Canada (Multiple Cities)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Food Service Supervisors to lead daily restaurant and food‑service operations for hospitality employers across Canada. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring food quality, managing schedules and maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate food‑service staff and daily restaurant operations.
• Train, coach and support team members while preparing work schedules.
• Monitor inventory, assist with purchasing and ensure food quality and presentation.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and uphold food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Assist with cash handling, opening and closing procedures and operational records.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, restaurant, hotel or café environments.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Functional proficiency in French and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Functional French and English language proficiency.
