Flight Ticket Sales Agent

About the role

LinkDesk is seeking motivated, customer‑oriented Flight Ticket Sales Agents to join its growing team. In this role you will assist travelers with reservations, provide accurate fare information, and ensure a smooth booking experience from inquiry to post‑sale follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight reservations and ticket bookings.
• Provide accurate travel information, fare options, and travel advice.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to work efficiently with online systems.
• Experience using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
• Previous experience in airline ticketing, travel, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong sales, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus.
