Finance Transformation Manager – Product Costing

About the role

Autoliv is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead product costing initiatives across the product lifecycle, from engineering to production. You will ensure reliable gross‑margin visibility and drive profitability improvements for safety‑critical automotive components.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement methodologies, plans, and resources for the product costing program.
• Prioritise scope, manage program focus areas, and secure leadership decisions and commitments.
• Shape overall program strategy, evaluate solution options, and oversee implementation.
• Track program progress, outcomes, and costs, providing timely updates and change requests.
• Engage cross‑functional leaders (R&D, Sales, Operations, SCM, Finance) with clear communication to enable decisions.
• Oversee design outcomes, stakeholder approvals, and governance representation.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Management or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Deep knowledge of product costing, including ABC costing and conversion costing methods.
• Experience leading transformational change programs in global, complex environments.
• Understanding of accounting, planning, forecasting and management reporting in manufacturing.
