About the role

As a Finance Operations Manager at Hilton, you will lead all financial activities for our hotels, ensuring that financial strategy aligns with the brand’s goals and delivers exceptional guest experiences. You will act as a trusted advisor to hotel leadership, driving profitability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy by overseeing all financial operations and aligning them with the hotel’s strategic objectives.
• Direct the preparation of annual plans, forecasts, and budgets, providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, ownership, and department heads, delivering data‑driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and implement strong financial controls to protect hotel assets.
• Optimize financial reporting systems and processes for accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Monitor and approve all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team through performance management, development, and recognition programs.
