As a Finance Manager at Hilton, you will lead the financial operations of our hotel, ensuring that every guest experience is supported by sound financial stewardship. You will work closely with hotel leadership to align financial strategy with the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and oversee all financial operations to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Direct the preparation of annual plans, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights for business decisions.
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, ownership, and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong financial controls to protect assets.
• Oversee and improve financial reporting systems for accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Authorize and monitor sales, purchases, payroll, and expense transactions.
• Develop and retain a high‑performing finance team through performance management and professional development.
