Finance & Cost Controlling Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Cost Controlling Manager to join our Tunisian team at Knauf Platre Tunisia. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead financial reporting, cost analysis and budgeting while ensuring compliance with local GAAP and German HGB standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer balances, enforce credit limits and produce regular reporting dashboards.
• Analyse monthly production costs, including raw material, energy and other cost lines, and drive corrective actions.
• Supervise the monthly and annual financial close under local GAAP and HGB, coordinating with statutory auditors.
• Participate in the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly forecasting, delivering accurate and documented forecasts.
• Chair credit review meetings and support the commercial department with alerts and follow‑ups.
